A basic condo association covers both the physical premises and general liability coverage related to it. Building Coverage provides protection for the condo association’s building against certain causes of loss such as fire or wind. General Liability provides financial protection for your association if it (or a member of it) is the cause of property damage or bodily injury on the premises. An example of this coverage is if a visitor to condo association member should slip and fall and sue the whole association.
